Cost
Bioheat costs the same as conventional heating oil. Contract customers get a fixed price for one years. Customers who buy “as needed” pay the current market price. The market price has increased over the last 5 years has increased X %. Per delivery price is based upon quantity and it is X.

Availability
Immediate. Contract customers are guaranteed delivery for duration of contract.

Efficiency
No net loss in efficiency. Bioheat home heating oil will deliver approx .05% lower BTU’s however its cleaner burning formula more then offsets this very minor loss in BTU’s. For more details see this technical report.

Service
Devine Brothers guarantees 2 hour service to all contact customers. Non-contract customers can call our hotline for service.

Environmental Impact
Bioheat has several positive benefits for the environment. Remember though that Bioheat at this time is still a blend of soy and petroleum oil so while the soy oil is not a problem in a spill the petroleum component still carries the same dangers.
