We offer our customers three (3) valuable service plans:

• The "Basic Service Plan" is an inexpensive way to maintain your heating system without paying for parts replacement coverage you may not need.
• The "Standard Service Plan" offers a more comprehensive coverage of maintenance and parts replacement.
• The "Gold Service Plan" offers our broadest range of comprehensive coverage of maintenance, parts replacement and more.

Service Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,365 days a year, for all fuel accounts.

When you sign up for one of our service plans you can count on the following:

$199.00 (+ Tax) per year ($75.00 Discount on each additional unit)

• The annual clean, tune, and test plus 15% coverage, including labor, for repair or replacement of heating parts.
• A $75.00 travel and diagnostic fee will apply to all service calls performed during normal office hours.
• A $125.00 travel and diagnostic fee will apply to all service calls on weekend and holidays.

$299.00 (+ Tax) per year ($100.00 Discount on each additional unit)

Our Basic Service Plan plus replacement coverage for each of the following parts and the associated labor:

Uncovered repairs qualify for a 15% discount.
Services performed after normal office hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday) are billed at prevailing rates.
A $75.00 travel and diagnostic fee will apply to all service calls performed after normal office hours, weekends and holidays.
All covered parts are still covered on after hours calls.
All other parts and services not listed above are not covered.
Parts damaged by water or power surge are not covered.
All oil burning equipment must be covered by the service contract.

Our Standard Service Plan plus replacement coverage for the following additional parts and the associated labor:

Uncovered repairs qualify for a 15% discount. Travel and Diagnostic fee is covered.
Parts damaged by water or power surge are not covered.
All oil burning equipment must be covered by the service contract.
